1. Who we are

JustUss ("we", "us") operates justuss.co.uk, an adult entertainment chat platform for users aged 18+. For privacy queries contact [email protected].

2. Data we collect

We may collect account details (email, password hash, display name), age-verification status and related processor results, purchase and coin-balance records, chat session metadata and message content needed to operate the service, device/technical logs, and communications with support.

3. How we use data

We use your data to provide entertainment chat services, process payments, verify age (18+), prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability and support. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Processors & sharing

We share data with trusted processors only as needed — for example payment providers, age-verification partners, hosting/email infrastructure — under appropriate contracts. We may disclose information where required by UK law or to protect users and the platform.

5. Age assurance

Access to adult content on JustUss requires UK 18+ age assurance. Our configured production provider is OneID (OpenID Connect). We request only whether you are 18 or over (age_over_18), not your date of birth, name, or identity-document images unless a specific OneID product journey genuinely requires additional checks. Completing age assurance is separate from buying coins — payments and bank transfers do not verify your age.

After a successful OneID result we store the verification outcome (pass/fail), provider name (OneID), method, a non-sensitive subject reference from OneID, and related timestamps. We do not retain bank transaction details or document photos from the age-assurance process. Records are retained until verification is revoked, expires, or is otherwise no longer required for compliance and account integrity.

6. Retention & your rights

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Under UK GDPR you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with the ICO. Contact support to exercise these rights.

7. Adult content notice
